I don't have any advice on the improvement loans unfortunately. But I will say that sometimes if you search the pennysaver or craigslist you can find people that have stoves and other appliances on there that are in great shape but they have just upgrades. This may help just to get you some working ones or better ones cosmetically. Also another great home business if your doing Avon is Melaleuca. I have been involved for a few months and love it. They are a health/wellness company and you only pay for what your actually using for your household each month...there is no business kits or inventory you have to buy to do the business part. If your a customer and love the products and get out there and promote them to people you can make a great income doing in. I love that the products are safe..non toxic and eco friendly and once you help a customer set up their initial order than they do it themselves online month after month. So that is helpful because you are not having to collect money, stock pile stuff that you don't have room for or deliver to people. I have a friend that does Avon and likes it but she did get really burned recently by a customer that placed a big order....it went through and she delivered product but a few months later it was found out it was a fraud charge through the credit card and she is having to pay back the $600 order plus another couple of hundred that she had made on commissions that month at the time of the order. So be careful!! Hope the info is helpful..good luck!!
